5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you own the rights (or are authorized to act).

Counter-notice

If you believe your content was removed in error, reply with the same details plus a statement of consent to jurisdiction. We reinstate content within 10 business days unless the original complainant files legal action.

Process

Notices are reviewed within 48 hours. Valid notices result in removal of the specific material — not the entire site — and we keep records of all notices as required by law.
